Devonshire
Village is one of twenty-five villages that
make up the planned, adult community of
Hershey’s Mill
which is nestled in the beautiful rolling hills of
East Goshen Township in Pennsylvania's
Chester County.
Hershey’s Mill occupies approximately 10% of the township's ten square
miles, has 15% of its population, 20% of its households and casts 40 to
45% of its local votes. It boasts of its

proximity is the Chester County seat, university town of West Chester as
well as a multitude of cultural, historical and recreational jewels
including the Wyeth-inspired Brandywine River Museum,
the Devon Horse Show,
Longwood
Gardens and
Valley Forge
National
Historical
