About Us
Devonshire, one of the early villages, is tucked away in the southeast corner of Hershey’s Mill. Its well-established and lovingly maintained landscape, shrubs and trees provide a picturesque setting with each changing season. The 112 cluster residences feature seven different but very functional models to choose from and offer a unique opportunity for companionship with friendly neighbors without loss of privacy.
Portions of our monthly Association fee go towards the providing of the following Village-wide Services:
