Architectural Committee Report  9/28/11

A request received from Unit 340 for installation of a concrete step adjacent to the stoop, with flagstone covering matching the stoop, was approved.  The railing by the stoop will be removed and reset.

A request was received from Unit 283 for modification of the garage space to make room for storage of a golf cart.  The request is being reviewed.

A request to install a screened enclosure for the patio over a deck at 337 was received and approved.

Architectural Committee report:   May 25, 2010

 

Changes to the Architectural Request Form for Installation of TV dish antenna, form DA16, requested by counsel members were made. The form is submitted to the council for its approval.

A request for installation of attic gable vents in both ends of 323 was received. It was returned for further information and resubmitted. The revised request did not specify color of the vents. Added to the request was that the vent area was to be the color of the siding and the trim was to be that of all other trim. A committee approved form is submitted to the Council for its approval.
