**** Excerpts of interest from our members' meeting of Tuesday, April 14, 2009 relative to the Winfield Hall project :: The projected time schedule for the Winfield Hall Project under consideration is:
01/15/2009 - Master Association hires Daley & Jalboot, Architects and E. B. Walsh Engineers
09/10/2009 - Master Association reviews Needs Program and Facility Review reports
Oct/2009 - Master Association's preliminary comments
Nov & Dec/2009 - Further refinement and incorporation of these comments
Jan/2010 - Master Association selection of construction options
FY 2010 - Preparatory construction activity and planning depending on the construction option selected
Latter part of 2010 or early 2011 - Possible construction activity
No decision has yet been made as to the possible alternatives in dealing with the Winfield Hall Project. Once the Feasibility Analysis is received, Devonshire will have a Special Meeting where the information will be shared with the community. Following this meeting, a mail vote will be taken from all of our homeowners. Then through the Master Association, the respective village Presidents will vote on the proposal as they deem in the best interests of the Hershey's Mill Community.
